"Just wanted you to know that my husband and I love your food!  Almost five years ago, we re-visited Rockport where we married.  As we drove around, just looking, we came across your restaurant.  As it was about lunch time, we stopped.  We noticed the references to Memphis as we are from Memphis.     We ordered barbeque sandwiches and ribs, and I ordered southern greens, also.  We have never stopped talking about returning to your restaurant.  If we could afford it, we would fly up there just for lunch.  Your barbeque is better than any we have eaten in Memphis.  Your southern greens are better than any I have ever eaten and I grew up in Mississippi eating them.

  "We are pleased to report that we had an amazing graduation party, which included no less than 250 very satisfied people.  On June 14, 2008 we celebrated our last high school graduation.  Needless to say the last one is always a little bittersweet but when you include family, friends and fabulous food at a party it is a usually a recipe for success.

My husband and I take pride in sharing a good time and we like to know that when we are hosting such an event that we have as few glitches as possible.  As our party grew in size you were able to deflect our panic and accommodate the growing number of late respondents.  Not only did you allay any concerns about the amount of people, you took your own initiative to account for a change in the weather pattern, which definitely plays a role in how people choose Memphis Ribs or pulled pork.
